RETURNS:
- Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep tracking details for your records.
- You are responsible for payment of your return shipping
- You will receive an email once your return has been received by our shipping department. Please allow 7 - 14 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
- All returned items will be issued a refund or store credit if the item/items are returned with tags and in new condition. No stains, no smells, no rips and tags on! SALE or CLEARANCE are FINAL SALE and are NONREFUNDABLE or accepted as a return!
- Your store credit or refund will be issued after your return has gone through processing and passes inspection.
- Please allow up to 7 days for your store credit or refund to be available for use
- Store Credit Will EXPIRE 6 MONTHS after date of issue.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return or store credit at our discretion.
- If you have been flagged for return abuse we WILL NOT accept your return. This is to cut down on fraud.
RETURN POLICY:
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the date you receive your item(s)
- Merchandise must not have been worn, altered, washed, stained with dirt, deodorant, sweat or makeup or smell like food or smoke.
- Merchandise must have ALL hang tags and price tags if any attached like you received it.
- Please note original shipping charges are NOT refundable.
- Any merchandise returned that does meet these requirements will NOT be honored.
- ALL Items on SALE/ CLEARANCE are NOT eligible for return/store credit.

- Intimates, Bodysuits and Swimwear ( because gross )
- All Jewelry
- All Shoes are FINAL SALE.
